Oversees team of analysts in multiple projects, maintains existing financial models and supports management on strategic and financial decisions by clearly and succinctly summarizing insights, risks and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; leading real-time financial performance monitoring.
- Leading the planning, analysis, and reporting of financial information; presenting the analysis in a comprehensive manner (including emails, presentation decks and analyst-led meetings) for other departments and leaders to understand and take actions accordingly.
- Preparing reporting structures, developing new processes and creating internal guidelines and best practices; suggesting improvements in existing processes.
- Coaching and developing team members to optimize performance and upskilling team's financial reporting and analysis capability.
What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
