Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

What your background should look like:

• Build a strong business relationship with the internal functions leaders and acts as a key contact for the employees and managers.  
• Act as the performance improvement driver and provide effective supports in the people management, succession & development plans. 
• Support in identifying, evaluating, and resolving employee relations issues, ensuring effective communication to employees. 
• Support in implementing established HR policies, procedures, and practices to meet requirements supporting short- and long-term business needs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and planning to complete direct labor planning and conduct effective recruiting to meet business requirement.
• Ensures compliance of company’s practices.
• BS degree or above, HR related major preferred
• 3+ years of HR relevant experience and at least 1 year in HRBP role 
• Multi-HR functions experiences, such as recruiting, OD, ER is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international organization
• Proficiency in Chinese and English
