Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

What your background should look like:

Job Responsibility:
1.    Review and analysis the rationality of the manpower request by communicating with the relevant department (Operation, IE, planning, etc.).
2.    Track the approval process for the HC request.
3.    Set up recruitment plan according to the recruitment request.
4.    Select qualified candidates through the appropriate recruitment channel according to the position requirements for the hiring manager's interview.
5.    Interview and evaluate candidates with the hiring manager according to the jointly agreed assessment criteria and method. 
6.    Discuss the proposal offer for candidates with C&B team and the hiring manager, and then reach a decision.
7.    Negotiate the offer with the candidate, confirming and scheduling the onboarding date.
8.    Analyze the reasons why candidates rejected the offer and implement continuous improvement. 
9.    Conduct the reference checks according to the company’s recruitment process and position's requirement.
10.    Coordinate departments to update the JD timely and follow the JD approval process in order to provide timely and accurate position basic information to support recruitment, performance management and employee development. 

Requirements:
1.    Bachelor’s degree and above. Major in HR, English or Management;
2.    1-3 years working experiences;
3.    Experience in recruitment, compensation would be an advantage;
4.    Fluent English in both verbal and written;
5.    Passion for excellence, Positive, Good at communicati1-on and Team work;
6.    Excellent time-management, Learning on the fly and multi-task management skills;
7.    Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
