Job Overview
TE's HR Business Partners implement Human Resources policies at the business unit level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards and change management). They foster partnership across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives, strategies and policies of the organization.

Responsibilities
• Support management in implementing established HR policies, procedures, and practices to meet requirements supporting short- and long-term business needs.
• Build a strong business relationship with the department managers and acts as a key contact for the employees and managers.
• Guide operation departments on identifying, evaluating, and resolving employee relations issues, ensuring effective communication to employees.
• Consult operation departments on employee development, performance management and improvement.
• Work with recruiter and operation departments to complete talent requisition according to business needs.
• Interpret and communicate company policies to ensures TE’s practices compliance with labor relations law.
• Review and update company compensation and benefit policies to be legally and competitive.
• Be responsible for annual labor cost budget.
• Design operators’ salary adjustment proposal according to business status and market practice.
• Conduct routine salary calculation check to make sure payroll data accuracy and timely.
• Provide labor cost analysis and report on request to work closely with operation departments to support achievement of cost control.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above; HR related major preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience in C&B, with HR BP experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international organization
• Proficiency in Chinese and English
