Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Financial Planning & Analysis Teams develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. They perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. They gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. The Financial Planning & Analysis Teams also perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.

Data analysis 
1. Weekly consumable/ variable tracking report
2. Weekly Labor cost tracking report 
3. Prepare monthly conversion comparison report 
4. Actual conversion cost analysis by workshop
5. Conversion productivity report
6. Monthly Conversion cost Forecast simulation, tracking and control, find the reason where the gap between Actual and Fcst.
7. Annual budget supporting

1. Entry the monthly voucher records in the system.
2. Workshop converison cost report
3. BS and PL report review
4. Internal and External audit supporting

TEOA F Project:  
1. Find opportunity to improve current process 
2. Lead and complete assigned TEOA F projects  
Contract management:
1. Review and approve contract in system
2. Evaluate the financial impact    

1. Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting
2. 2+ years finance experience
3. Hard working, communication skill, Integrity, Team working skills
