Job Requirements

• Defining and tracking the key performance indicators, developing the engagement plans, and partnering with the internal customers to improve the adoption.
• Analyzing and interpreting the key performance indicators to identify trends, utilizing the data reports and dashboards to provide clear insights and recommendations to the management.
• Mentoring and coaching teams in the implementation of lean tools and techniques and facilitating the business units to achieve the desired levels.
• Overseeing the quality of the data, analysis of the data and observations, and working with multiple stakeholders in supporting and managing the process improvements.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
