Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial Engineering, or Tool Design.5–7 years’ engineering experience, including 4+ in project management.PMI certification (CAPM/PMP) preferred.Japanese or German language skills advantageous.Familiarity with NPD methodologies and Planisware.Strong communication, leadership, and cultural sensitivity.Creates schedules, manages communications, executes projects, and resolves resource issues.Oversees cross-functional teams and reports to the Project Approval Committee.Ensures project goals in design, Opex, Capex, and timeline for New Product Development and Life Cycle Engineering.

Job Requirements
- Liaising between the project team members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the deliverables are met.
- Aligning the project teams to meet their goals, tracking project plans and tasks, allocating the resources and budgets, and adjusting the allocations whenever necessary.
- Monitoring forecasts, resolving project and inter-departmental conflicts, coordinating with business development for quotations, and customer communications during the project phases.
- Completing tasks and activities, utilizing organization-wide systems and tools to manage project plans, and collaborating with the project management team in streamlining processes.
