Job Requirements
Project Delivery & Execution
- Provide planning and technical coordination support to help ensure the successful delivery of organizational projects.
- Contribute to the execution of the PRS strategy and support adherence to LeanPD principles and processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to help achieve project goals related to profitability, competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and key PMO metrics (LOT, LOC, LOQ, NPI Health).
- Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with colleagues across engineering, operations, quality, and other functions.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, resource plans, and forecasts, while providing regular updates on project progress.
- Identify potential project risks and support mitigation activities to help ensure effective governance and compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance project methodologies, processes, products, and ways of working.
- Support the Engineering Manager in delivering LEAP projects on time and contribute to the successful execution of VAVE initiatives.

What your background should look like
- Technical background - Engineer with university degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of professional experience in Project Management
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (CAPM, PMP, or PgMP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continues improvement attitude
- Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams
- Ability to form strong Teams and demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Proactive, resilient, and self-confident
- Good English and German knowledge, verbal and in writing (also for presenting
Preferred:
- Statistical knowledge (Six Sigma, SPC, MSA, AIAG and other statistical standards) / Green / black Belt
- Specialized and profound knowledge in electronics, physics, mechanics and plastics
- Background in LeanPD principals
We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary for this position as stipulated in the collective agreement.
This is currently €3888,6 gross per month (14 times per year, excluding shift allowances).
A higher salary is possible depending on personal qualifications, education, and professional experience
