Join a global team of product managers driving innovation in high-speed over-the-board cable assemblies for AI data center architectures. In this role, you will own the full product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization and post-launch performance, ensuring speed, quality, and profitability.

You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and customers to turn ideas into products manufactured at a global scale. Your main tasks

  • Drive new product introduction (NPI) from concept to high-volume manufacturing.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and customer priorities.
  • Engage directly with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment of requirements and timelines.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including marketing and sales enablement.
  • Act as Voice of the Customer (VOC) to build business cases and secure execution resources.

Your ideal background

  • Experience: 3+ years in product management for hardware products, ideally in AI data center or related industries.
  • Proven success in new product introduction (NPI) for complex hardware products, including iterative development and scaling to mass production.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and data center architectures; experience with high-speed interconnects (e.g., twinax, near-chip connectivity) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred); advanced degree optional.
  • Solid business acumen: P&L management, pricing models, cost/margin analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic global environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to influence across all levels.
  • Go-getter attitude: thrives on ownership and execution while working in harmony with others to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Willingness to travel globally (10–25%); Mandarin language skills are a bonus.
