TE Connectivity's Industrial Business Unit is seeking a Regional Product Manager for EMEA. In this role, you will drive regional growth strategy, ensuring financial success and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet market needs. You will develop market insights, support pricing decisions, analyze business performance, and contribute to customer‑backed innovation that drives revenue and margin growth. We are looking for aspiring professionals eager to develop a career in product management.

 

Your main tasks:

  • Lead the introduction of new products in EMEA, crafting effective market entry strategies and supporting initiatives with targeted sales and marketing tools.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics, identifying opportunities and threats.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to enhance revenue. Foster strong customer relationships, understanding their requirements and supporting with solutions.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous product enhancements and innovations in industrial connectors.
  • Develop EMEA product strategy, tailoring the global product roadmap to requirements and dynamics of the EMEA market.
  • Support regional pricing strategy and margin-improvement initiatives through data analysis, value positioning, competitive benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure product availability, quality, and compliance.

Your ideal background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a technical discipline
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing within the industrial sector.
  • Technical knowledge of connector products and industrial applications.
  • Familiarity with the EMEA market landscape, including key industry trends, customer segments, and competitive dynamics in industrial automation and electrification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market opportunities and financial performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultivate robust customer relationships. Fluency in English.
  • Customer focus with solution-oriented thinking.
  • Ability to travel 20-25%.
