TE Connectivity’s Aerospace, Defense and Marine business unit is a global leader in connectivity products for the Commercial Aerospace, Defense and Marine Oil and Gas markets. The business serves large OEMs and several other end markets through a direct sales force and more than 100,000 customers through the distribution channel. Position Summary

ADM Pricing is building new capabilities at the intersection of pricing, automation and generative AI. We are looking for a Pricing Automation / AI Agent Specialist to be the bridge between the Pricing business and the teams that scale AI at TE.

You will start with the business: understand how pricing work gets done today, where the pain points are and what a good outcome looks like. You will then turn that into AI use cases, build and validate them in Claude Cowork and other TE-approved tools in sandbox and QA environments, and hand proven solutions to DIA / TEIS and the ADM Spoke Team to scale.

You will also help run and continuously improve the ADM Pricing Decision Intelligence System (ADM Pricing Portal). Prior pricing experience is not required, but you should be curious about the business and motivated to learn the pricing domain.

This role is located remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Business Process Understanding

  • Run discovery sessions with Pricing subject-matter experts to understand current-state processes, decision rules, data sources and pain points
  • Map processes and document business requirements so everyone agrees on what is being built and why
  • Define each use case's scope, success criteria and baseline, and help prioritize use cases by value and feasibility

Prototype & Validate

  • Build use-case prototypes, reusable AI-agent skills and workflows in Claude Cowork and other TE-approved platforms
  • Design structured test cases and run validation testing with business users in sandbox and QA environments
  • Evaluate outputs for accuracy, consistency and business fit. Find edge cases and knowledge gaps, and improve agent performance
  • Recommend go / no-go for scaling, based on test results and user feedback

Liaison to DIA / TEIS and the ADM Spoke Team

  • Act as the technical interface between ADM Pricing and the DIA / TEIS and ADM Spoke teams
  • Turn validated prototypes into clear hand-off packages (requirements, test evidence, business rules and documentation) that the scaling teams can build from
  • Support QA and user acceptance testing, track defects and enhancement requests, and keep business and technical teams aligned on priorities and timing

Maintain & Continuously Improve the ADM Pricing Portal

  • Own the improvement backlog for the Decision Intelligence System, working with users and the scaling teams
  • Maintain release notes, support knowledge and user documentation for deployed capabilities
  • Convert approved business knowledge into structured content that AI agents can use effectively

Responsible AI & Data

  • Follow TE AI governance, information security and data-handling standards, especially for sensitive pricing and customer data
  • Build in human review of pricing outputs before they are used, and keep version control and an audit trail for skills, prompts and releases

Adoption, Measurement & Reuse

  • Define and track success measures for each use case, such as adoption, cycle time, hours saved and output accuracy
  • Lead demos, training and knowledge sharing so solutions are used in day-to-day work
  • Partner with enterprise AI teams and AI communities of practice to reuse existing solutions and share what works

What Your Background Should Look Like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field
  • 2+ years’ relevant professional experience with AI, automation, workflow technology, business analysis or digital products
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI or automation to real business problems, from discovery through testing and adoption
  • Experience gathering requirements and mapping business processes with non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience building, configuring, testing or supporting AI-enabled or automated solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable acting as the link between business users and IT teams, and working as an individual contributor in a remote environment

Experience That Will Help You Stand Out

  • Claude Cowork experience, especially developing or maintaining reusable skills
  • Experience evaluating LLM outputs, designing prompts, or familiarity with MCP connections and agent frameworks
  • Process mapping and requirements tools, and Agile or backlog management practices
  • Microsoft Power Apps or comparable workflow and low-code automation experience
  • Working knowledge of SQL. Python or other scripting is helpful, and strong low-code / no-code experience is equally relevant.
  • Exposure to pricing, quoting or other commercial processes.

What Success Looks Like in the First Year

  • Priority pricing use cases discovered, documented and validated, with clear success criteria and baselines.
  • Validated solutions handed to DIA / TEIS and the ADM Spoke Team and scaled into the ADM Pricing Portal.
  • Measurable results reported for each solution, such as adoption, cycle time and hours saved.
  • Documentation, test standards and support knowledge that let others support and extend the solutions.
