Job Overview
Managing end – to end HR functions related to direct labor employee (operators , material handles and production support staff). This role ensures effective manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance with labor law, RBA and industrial relations to support smooth plant operations .
What your background should look like:
- Responsible for full spectrum of direct labor recruitment processes from hiring activities, manpower sourcing, planning & strategy and onboarding process to fulfil manpower requirement and to achieve optimum level of manpower requirement.
- Coordinate walk in interviews, mass hiring and recruitment drives.
- Liaise with agencies, job portals and local authorities for workforce sourcing.
- Monitor manpower headcount, turnover and absenteeism trends.
- To initiate timely recruitment process which shall include coordination for HC approval according to the Company's Policy.
- Ensuring of all HR Policies, procedures and documentation aligned with ISO standard and RBA requirements

- Responsible for conducting Round Table meeting with employee and provide feedback after meeting.
- Assist in industrial and employee relations functions by implementing the Company Policies and Procedures.
- To perform any HR tasks and ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least 8 years working experience as multifunctional HR generalist with focus on HR Operations (in an international work-environment)
