Job Overview

Responsible for independently managing the full spectrum of HR functions for a manufacturing site with approximately 800 headcounts. This role acts as strategic HR partner to plant leadership while ensuring operational excellence in HR processes, compliance, employee engagement and workforce stability.

The incumbent must be hands-on, proactive, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What your background should look like:

HR Operations & Workforce Management

  • Oversee daily HR operations for 800 employees (DL and IDL)
  • Manage manpower planning, workforce budgeting and headcount tracking.
  • Partner with operations, engineering and central function leaders to build and execute HR strategies aligned with BU  and Global priorities.
  • Support HR process improvement and digitalization.

Employee & Industrial Relations

  •  Handle disciplinary cases, domestics inquiries grievances and conflict resolution
  • Advise line managers on employee relations matters and labor law compliance.

Talent Management

  • Drive performance management cycle including goal setting and annual appraisal
  • Support succession planning for critical positions.
  • Lead talent management programs in talent development & capability building

Compliance & Policy Governance

  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, company policies and RBA
  • Advises managers, supervisors and employees in interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures
  • Support audits and internal compliance reviews.

Culture & Engagement

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives
  • Lead communication sessions, town halls and plant engagement activities.

 

 

 

 

Education/ Work Experience:

•            Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree  in any fields.

•            At least 8-10 years working experience as multifunctional HR generalist with focus on HR Operations (in an international work-environment)

  • Proven experience managing large workforce (500+ headcount preferred)

•            Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
