JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Identify and reporting any discrepancies or damage.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, and ensuring proper storage and handling of goods.
- Prepare and pack outbound shipments following TE and customer specifications.
- Create and manage shipping documents including labels, bills of lading, and
- coordinating with carriers to arrange pickups and shipments.
- Use TE systems (e.g., SAP) to record inventory transactions and shipping data.
- Perform cycle counts and
- support inventory reconciliation efforts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, complying with safety and 5S standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Production, Quality, and Planning.
- Identify and participate in process improvements related to shipping and receiving operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving role.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and common shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
