Job Overview

Summary:

As a bulk cable test technician for TE Connectivity, focus on bulk cable verification-validation testing. this role is expected to independently work on bulk cable SI test and Physical test confirm while test and validation Engineer finish validation for product, test system design including selection of hardware and programming, to support bulk cable test during NPI in Penang.

Responsibilities: 

NPI Bulk Cable SI test

- Follow Bulk cable SI test procedures to prepare fixture.
- Follow Bulk cable SI test procedures to test bulk cables.
- Check and confirm the SI test result

NPI Bulk Cable SI test Report

- After the test is done, summary the report and feedback to bulk cable PDE and MPDE

Qualification:

Diploma and above
Familiar with office software.
Experience with high speed cable/cable assembly test.
Experience with high speed test equipment (Digital Sampling Oscilloscope, Vector Network Analyzer, Bit Error Rate Tester, TDR, Pattern Generators, Power Supplies, etc.)
Have capabilities to interpret test/lab data to identify issues
Be highly motivated, a quick learner, and able to work independently
