Manages day-to-day operations, improves production efficiency, reduces costs, ensures quality and quantity, and completes orders safely.

Job Requirements

• Assessing the production capacity, monitoring the implementation of the production plan, and resolving complex production issues and other unexpected problems.
• Participating in the establishment of the quality and production system of the department, identifying, and handling major quality issues.
• Tracking key performance indicators and supervising the implementation of programs and initiatives related to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) related policies.
• Designing and developing department plans and budgets, monitoring the budget level, and ensuring the achievement of goals set by the department.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
