The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) III supports HRBP Manager – Global Operations by providing strong execution and operational HR support to the Digital Data Networks (DDN) Central Operations teams, including Integrated Supply Chain (Supply Chain, Procurement & PBL), Footprint, EHS and Sustainability, as well as selected DDN OPS transformation projects. This role supports the development and execution of a broad range of HR activities, including organizational and talent development, change management, succession planning, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and culture readiness. The position partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and effective implementation of HR initiatives across Central Operations and regions.The role also supports function-led transformation and PMO‑related activities by contributing to tracking, reporting, and operational execution of HR deliverables. This position offers an opportunity to build HRBP fundamentals in a global operations environment, with exposure to cross‑functional and cross‑regional collaboration.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Execution
- Serve as part of the DDN HR team to support the Global Operations function. This role will support the design and delivery of strategic HR initiatives including organizational and talent development, change management, succession pipeline, workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Enable employee engagement initiatives, communications, and pulse survey follow‑ups.
HR Coordination & Partnering Support
- Coordinate effectively with a wide range of partners including HR Regional Partners, HR COE and HR Services to effectively deliver HR initiatives required to drive the business imperatives.
- Act as an HR communication focal point for Operations-related HR announcements, updates, and initiatives.
- Apply project management and governance tools to support alignment across initiatives, teams, and regions.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain HR dashboards and reports tracking KPIs and progress of HR initiatives for Central Operations and projects.
- Analyze metrics and trends, supporting development of proactive actions aligned to people and business strategy.
- Perform HR data and reporting collection, consolidation, and analysis as required.
Project & Transformation Support
- Provide execution and coordination support to HR related, transformation, footprint and continuous improvement initiatives within DDN Operations.
- Support PMO‑related activities, including progress tracking and operational execution.
- Learn and apply basic project management tools and governance processes.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / HR KNOWLEDGE
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Human Resources, Business, or related major preferred.
Experience
- Typically requires 5+ years of professional HR experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of HR Generalist or HRBP‑related experience with broad HR exposure preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environments is a plus.
- Experience supporting projects or improvement initiatives is an advantage.
