Job Overview

Responsible for independently managing C&B processes and operations.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Process & Process Controls
- Implement C&B processes & follow the regional ones (communicate to managers & employees as appropriate)
- Design process controls.

Variable Pay Plans
Gather and set up a steering committee to review the Spot/Impact bonus  and provides in-put to respective stakeholders.  
- Manage the local Bonus Plan Process (policy up-to-date, plan administration, advice employees and line managers)

Operations
Management of administration on entry and exit processes
- Collect data for payroll process and provide back-up support on payroll data compilation.
- Provide administrative support for new employees (e.g. admin support with relocation, banks, immigration, etc.)
- Collaborate with partners for employee health & medical  benefits/insurance
- Ensure all HR data updates on attendance system  and physical files (e.g. personnel files, employee handbook, HR documents, information in digital e-system)
- Prepare monthly headcount , turnover , OT, workforce structure and etc. report
- Administrative support for HR related projects across the locations of responsibility
- Updated C&B policy and procedures are available and communicated to managers and employees
- Ensuring of all HR Policies, procedures and documentation aligned with ISO standard and RBA requirements.

Education/ Work Experience:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree  in any fields.

•  At least 8 years working experience as multifunctional HR generalist with focus on HR Operations (in an international work-environment)

• Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
