Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and/or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.

Job Description

Summary:  

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, performing preventative maintenance and repair on electrical systems, machines and general facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities:

- Able to carry out basic Electrical, Air Conditioner Systems and Building repair.

- Daily inspection on facilities equipment

- Perform housekeeping of all facilities to maintain cleanliness and general appearance to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

- Starting up, shutting down and monitoring facility equipment.

- Adhering to safe working practices.

- Complete and maintain proper records.

- Ensuring the operation of all equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, repairs and maintaining appropriate equipment inventories. 

Requirements:

- Knowledge in basic electrical and air conditioner system

- Must have experience as facilities in manufacturing industry

- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills

- Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally

- Must be self-directed and able to perform duties with little or no supervision

Education:

- Certificate or Diploma or equivalent preferred.

- At least 5 years of experience required.

- Some working experience facilities maintenance.
