Job Overview

Provides administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership team, serves as a liaison between senior-level employees and their departments, oversees specific projects relevant to their function, and coordinates internal relations efforts.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities 
• Support Plant Leadership Team meetings, reviews, follow-ups, and action tracking 
• Assist with continuous improvement activities, project coordination, and progress updates 
• Help bridge communication between senior leaders, engineers, managers, supervisors, 
and shopfloor teams 
• Coordinate arrangements for international visitors, including meeting schedules, plant visit 
flow, logistics, and hospitality support 
• Prepare meeting notes, action lists, simple reports, presentation materials, and follow-up 
summaries 
• Support improvement activities related to productivity, quality, 5S, training, output recovery, 
and problem-solving 
• Follow up with responsible owners to ensure actions are completed on time 
• Assist in organizing plant events, leadership visits, workshops, and cross-functional reviews 
• Be willing to occasionally support outside normal working hours when required for 
important visitors, plant activities, or urgent business needs. 

 

 

Requirements
• Diploma or degree holder in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, 
Operations, or related field 
• At least 3 years of experience as the Executive Assistant will be good. 
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added 
advantage 
• Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills 
• Comfortable working with senior leaders, international visitors, and ground-floor employees 
• Interested in continuous improvement, manufacturing technology, and operational 
excellence 
• Able to work independently, follow through on tasks, and maintain confidentiality 
• Positive, energetic, flexible, and willing to learn 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams 

What your background should look like

Typically requires more than 6 years of related work experience. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred. May be considered entry level for employees with Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or equivalent.
