Job Overview
Responsibilities
Support Continuous Improvement Manager for CI planning and implementation, value stream and promoting CI System to achieve plant operational excellence for better cost/quality/delivery
Productivity
Plan annual saving projects (Included of Digital Value Creation Projects) within related department through value stream. Cost saving tracking and measurable result deliver.
Kaizen Event
Drive financial savings by KAIZEN project implementation/coordination. Lead/facilitate Kaizen events toward cross functional team.
Culture
Promote CI culture by using LEAN tools (Included of Digital Factory) thought KAIZEN projects. To promote a strong operational excellence culture.
Standardization
Standardize CI value stream Transformation process through KAIZEN projects implementation and CIP program deployment standard work documentation.
Digitalization
Digital Factory related tools deployment and project coordination to ensure successful implementation
What your background should look like:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field. Lean/Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 1–5 years in Lean, Kaizen, or operational excellence roles in manufacturing.
- Skills:
- Expertise in TEOA, Kaizen, and digital factory tools.
- Strong project management and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, and delivery.
