Job Overview
Works under the supervision of administrative division management to gain hands-on experience in various activities related to admin support, management, business support, etc.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in supplier research, data collection, and analysis for sourcing projects.
• Support vendor qualification, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team on cost analysis, quotation comparison, and supplier negotiations.
• Maintain and update supplier databases, purchase records, and sourcing reports.
• Participate in procurement process improvement initiatives, including digital tools and automation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality) to support sourcing needs.
• Assist in preparing sourcing presentations, KPI dashboards, and spend analysis
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with eagerness to learn procurement and sourcing practices in a multinational manufacturing environment.
What your background should look like
Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
