What your background should look like:

Job Responsibilitie

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement

• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing practices and 5S activities

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on process documentation and work instructions

• Collect and interpret production data for reporting and performance tracking

• Assist in troubleshooting minor manufacturing issues under supervision

• Participate in safety audits quality checks and compliance initiatives

• Contribute to cross functional projects focused on productivity and cost savings

• Gain exposure to manufacturing processes of cables and antenna systems used in various connectivity applications

• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or mentor

Job Requirement

• Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Technology or a related field

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Word PowerPoint

• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and take initiative
