Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet production and project requirements
- Analyze and provide feedback to appropriate departments on part status or requirements for fulfilling customer demand.
- Manage delivery of critical component parts and end product delivery with suppliers and contract manufacturing and critical supply partners to meet customer requirements.
- Escalation of any issues to relevant sourcing analyst.
- Monitor & reporting KPI targets with actions delivery on time, confirmation of purchase orders.
- Invoice processing, resolving blocked invoices and amendments of purchase orders
Requirements:
- Capable of using Microsoft office tools, including relevant MRP experience, SAP or ERP is a required skill.
- Good communication and engagement skills, both written and oral interpersonal.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Education:
- Minimum degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as buyer and related field, with an engineering background is an advantage.
