QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST II

Job Overview

We are looking for an individual to join our SAP implementation team where they will serve as our documentation expert and assist in the updates and revisions necessary to successfully implement this new system. 

Responsibilities and Duties:
•    Maintain the records control process of a highly-regulated, medical device manufacturing company.
•    Oversee receipt, completeness, and quality of production records and maintain a highly organized records flow.
•    Responsible for quality documentation revisions
•    Participate in systems updates and documentation revisions on a large-scale project
•    Scan, file, and store paper and electronic records in a highly controlled manner to ensure accuracy and completeness of the process and rapid retrieval for future viewing and reporting as needed.
•    Review records for key data metrics and reporting, ensuring complete accountability of yield and defect codes or other metrics.
•    Work across several departments with other personnel to obtain or share data; be willing to seek out and engage with others daily.
•    Identify and recommend solutions to the records management process to improve efficiency and quality of operations while reducing waste when possible.
 

What your background should look like:

•    Three years’ experience in a document control regulated environment, preferably medical devices or comparable regulatory controls
•    Proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office applications and SAP 
•    A high school diploma or equivalent, with some post high school training or education being helpful.
•    Familiarity and instant recognition of different document or record types
•    Excellent verbal and written skills with technical terms in a design and manufacturing environment
•    Previous work experience in a cross-functional, team environment collaborating with different roles in a manufacturing environment
