TE Connectivity in Plymouth, MN is looking for a Quality Analyst to Manage Notification of Change (NOC) process, including assigning tracking numbers, compiling attachments, routing packages to customers etc. Provide owners support on the change management process. Keep NOC log up to date and track open NOCs. Liaise with the customer periodically for NOC status, provide support to customer/owner, including escalations. Send weekly status updates to customers and TE management/owners, track NOC performance metrics for QBRs. Manage customer SCAR process. Collaborate with customers, manage daily activities and timeliness defined by customers for SCAR completion. Provide technical support to owners, including identification of root causes, corrective actions, and implementation. Manage deviation processes, including reviewing deviation drafts, assigning deviation numbers, issuing controlled copies, etc. Keep Deviation log up to date, track due dates and send weekly status emails. Provide support in conducting internal and external audits as necessary. Work across several departments with other personnel to obtain or share data; be willing to seek out and engage with others daily. Identify and recommend solutions to the records management process to improve efficiency and quality of operations while reducing waste when possible.     

 

Requirements: Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 6 months of experience in the job offered, or in a quality engineering-related occupation.    

 

Special Requirements: Requires 6 months of experience with the following:

  1. Documenting control regulated environment experience, in medical devices or comparable regulatory controls.
  2. Computer systems, including MS Office applications.
  3. Familiarity and instant recognition of different documents or record types.
  4. Excellent verbal and written skills with technical terms in a design and manufacturing environment.
  5. A cross-functional team environment, collaborating with different roles in a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements

  • Participating in process analysis, advanced product quality planning, validating new products and processes, and design reviews.
  • Validating products and processes through measurement system analysis and capability studies and participating in verification and production line error-proofing requirements.
  • Monitoring the quality testing procedures to ensure that all the procedures are performed according to the established specifications, test methods, and protocols.
  • Supporting the project team in preparing process flow diagrams, design failure mode and effect analysis (DFMEA), preventive actions, and troubleshooting processes.

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience.
