The HR Program Manager is a strategic role within the AD&M Human Resources team responsible for overseeing the HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions, along with supporting key strategic initiatives and annual HR processes. This position will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of human resources policies, systems, and processes within the business unit
The Key Responsibilities of this role include, but not limited to:
Project Management & Oversight:
Develop and manage detailed HR project plans for strategic processes, ensuring milestones and timelines are met. These include but are not limited to Performance Management processes, Engagement Surveys, Talent/Culture programs, etc.
Monitor and manage the overall progress of HR integration activities, identifying risks and addressing any issues as they arise.
Integration Strategy Development:
Collaborate with senior leadership and the M&A integration team to define the HR strategy for mergers or acquisitions.
Ensure alignment of HR policies, processes, and practices across both companies during integration.
Work closely with business leaders to understand cultural dynamics and help develop a plan for cultural integration.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
In partnership with our internal communications team, act as a liaison between HR and key stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication.
Design and execute communication plans for both internal and external stakeholders to address workforce transitions and changes.
Manage employee concerns and provide guidance on organizational changes, helping to mitigate resistance during the transition.
Change Management:
Support the development and execution of change management strategies to ensure smooth organizational transitions.
Implement training and support programs to equip managers and employees for the changes resulting from a merger or acquisition.
What your background should look like:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in global M&A transactions and cross-cultural integration.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and HR best practices related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Proven success in driving employee engagement and retention during organizational changes.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on M&A integration, project management, or HR operations.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, compliance issues, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Expertise in change management and organizational design principles.
- Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts, making difficult decisions in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, payroll, etc.) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $134,200 – $201,2000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
