Marketing and Selling electrical/electronic components to key customers in Automotive Industry.


We are looking to hire an experienced key account manager to maintain solid relationships with the company's key customers. The key account manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key customers are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops.


•    Managing Key Accounts with strong customer relationships for long-term success
•    Building strategies to increase CPV’s by promoting TE value propositions thru design speck inn’s & Competition replacements.
•    Respond on new RFQ’s and developing new sales opportunities
•    Tracking accounts targets and ensure increased sales 
•    Analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies. 
•    Mapping competition activities & preparing SWOT analysis to build further strategies. 
•    Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for internal teams and stakeholders
•    Developing a thorough understanding of key customer's requirements and propose customized solutions
•    Communicating as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met
•    Negotiating contracts with key customers and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of long-term goals


•    8+ Experience in Key Account Management
•    Experience in Key Account Mapping
•    Experience and Ability to handle multiple tasks and build rapport with customers
•    Experience in selling technical products used in automotive industry


•    Technical capabilities: Expert functional/domain knowledge
•    Strategic agility: Identifying relevant technology trends and opportunities and leveraging TE global technology to increase competitive position and increased value to customer
•    Application Engineering: Ability to understand customer requirements & offer engineering solutions
•    Strong negotiation and customer service skills
•    Excellent Communication Skills
•    Building strong relationships
