Job Overview
Responsibilities
• Adherence to safety
• Responsible to coordinate with program manager, product engineering and machine manufacturer to design and built the machines.
• End to End responsible for capturing the voice of Customers and all Stakeholder requirements of the product and build the machine to meet the expectations.
• Conducting design review with machine manufacturer to resulting reliable equipment
• Validate machine at supplier end and ensure it is designed to meet the expectation.
• To study the electrical diagrams and trouble shoot the machine failures in validation.
• Installing, upgrading and troubleshooting software remotely, provide technical support to maintenance team, maintain software backup.
• Effectively manage multiple issues, prioritize and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinating with supplier to improve / refurbishment of existing machines.
• Improve the process to reduce CoPQ and improve OEE, by quality, uptime and productivity.
• Identify Automation and Cost Saving opportunities and able to deliver result.
Desired Candidate profile
• 4-6 years’ experience in mechatronics profile
• Experience in designing, building, and troubleshooting of assembly machines, fast and high precision Automation machines for Automotive industry.
• Experience in Header connector manufacturing industry preferable.
• Mechanical and Pneumatic systems trouble shooting skills.
• PLC and HMI Programming, Servo programming and trouble shooting
