Job Requirements

• Planning and execution of received planned orders and ensuring efficient operations to achieve the daily production output.
• Monitoring priorities, backlogs, breakdowns, and other aspects affecting planned scheduling; participating in finding solutions for repetitive product complaints.
• Managing the distribution of materials for production. Maintaining labor and material requirements to meet the daily production schedule.
• Providing support and training for production personnel. Participating in training, development, and performance management for assigned personnel.
