Job Overview

 

The Supply Chain Analyst plays a crucial role in organization, ensuring that our customers are served on time and at the lowest cost. This key position involves Production planning and Control (PPC ) ,managing materials and production capacity based on demand, while also considering factors such as customer service improvement, inventory reduction and cost reduction. PPC have major role to play in SAP R3 Execution program.  you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on overall operations and contribute to our success.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Good knowledge of demand and supply planning with logistic operations
  • Support the development and implementation of supply chain initiatives.
  • Coordination with cross functional team
  • Responsible for driving various SCM improvement projects within material planning, customer dispatches, Outbound logistic, Intracompany Material flow
  • Build cost/benefit analysis for strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Help identify and document any new processes developed in Supply Chain.
  • Assist with the development and deployment of a key performance matrix incorporating the fundamentals of Inventory, delivery, quality, capability, reliability and other performance attributes.
  • Control manufacturing and delivery processes
  • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations.
  • Driving SAP R3 Execution within plant and its sustainability for SAP MM/SD/WM modules
  • Basic knowledge of IBP & S&OP processes.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar position within Supply Chain processes
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of MRP (SAP MM/SD/WM) systems
  • Good understanding of business processes and their interdependencies
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player with excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to work under time pressure
  • Expert in data analysis, MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Cable Assembly , Component Assembly and related product is preferrable

Performing internal and external audits and analyses of processes to strengthen the supply chain and ensuring compliance with the safety and quality standards of the organization.
Maintaining stock rooms and inventory accuracy and participating in the physical inventory counts.
Assisting in the evaluation of suppliers and participating in plant surveys to evaluate and recommend prospective suppliers.
Reviewing and completing purchase orders, coordinating with the suppliers to place orders, and expediting the delivery of purchased items to meet delivery schedules
