Job Overview

 The Project Manager – PMO II plays a key role to Implement comprehensive Project Management Office and governance framework for area of responsibility, in alignment with Global BU PMO, to ensure a timely and cost-efficient Project and Program delivery. Monitors PMO goals, oversees reports, records, analyzes and presents insights obtained from the relevant data. This role partners closely with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to ensure alignment, while enhancing delivery performance through digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

•    Lead standardization of Project & Program Management methodologies, tools, and best practices aligned with Global BU PMO.
•    Develop, implement, and continuously improve PMO processes, Standard Work Instructions, templates, and governance models.
•    Ensure process deployment across regions in alignment with global BU PMO policies. Facilitate and manage the Project Approval Committee (PAC) for smooth movement of projects and / or programs through defined gate-phase    process in adherence with defined governance. 
•     Drive structured gate reviews and risk & opportunity workshops. Monitor, and analyze PMO KPIs in alignment with BU KPIs 
•    Provide regular, executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership.
•    Identify improvement areas and lead corrective actions to enhance project delivery performance.
•    Drive adoption and deployment of PMO tools, dashboards, and reporting systems. 
•    Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across functions 
•    Act as a PMO ambassador to ensure alignment and adoption of standardized practices.
•    Support cross-regional initiatives and ensure seamless communication and execution.
•    Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within PMO processes.
•    Identify inefficiencies and implement Kaizen-based improvements.
•    Foster a Lean mindset focused on value creation, waste elimination, and process optimization.

What your background should look like

•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field
•    PMP / Agile certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP preferred
•    Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) is good to have
•    3-5 years of experience in Project/Program Management or PMO roles
•    Proven experience in PMO governance, portfolio management, and KPI tracking
•    Exposure to global/regional project environments in matrix organizations
•    Experience in PMO tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Planisware, Power BI)
•    Strong understanding of project/program management frameworks
•    Portfolio management and governance expertise 
•    Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
•    Lean mindset with experience in CI/Kaizen initiatives
