Job Overview:

At TE Connectivity, you’ll help bring our purpose to life by creating a safer, sustainable, productive and connected future. Your role as ​an Intern​ in the ​Automotive​ Business Unit, will help us make the connections that move the world forward by: 

•    SharePoint Optimization Support 

•    AI Initiative Research & Documentation 

•    Training Platform Content Development 

•    Communication & Change Management 

 

Responsibilities:

At TE Connectivity, you’ll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you’ll: 

•    Get hands-on experience improving real-world collaboration tools! Assist in reviewing and organizing existing SharePoint sites to enhance usability and compliance. This includes migrating content for better navigation, documenting best practices, and creating quick reference guides to help teams adopt improved workflows. 

•    Dive into the future of technology by exploring cutting-edge AI tools that transform project management. Research emerging solutions, compare features, and summarize insights from pilot programs—giving you a front-row seat to innovation. Support pilot testing by gathering user feedback and summarizing insights for leadership. 

•    Play a key role in shaping how employees learn! Help to curate and upload training materials to enterprise learning platforms, ensuring content accuracy and accessibility. Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain relevance. 

•    Learn the art of project management by supporting global initiatives. Craft internal communications, design eye-catching visuals, and help organize virtual workshops that drive adoption of new tools—an ideal opportunity to flex creativity and strategic thinking. 

 

Job Requirements

You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:

•    Have earned a high school diploma or GED 

•    Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a ​BA/BS or MA/MS​ Degree in ​Project Management​, ​Information Technology (IT)​ or ​Industrial & Systems Engineering​ from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered). 

•    Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project 

•    Are authorized to work in the U.S.
