TE Connectivity is advancing enterprise-wide initiatives across Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), Supply Chain, and Facilities to enable regulatory compliance, strengthen operational performance, and support sustainability commitments.
The Project Specialist plays a key role in coordinating and executing cross-functional initiatives, ensuring structured delivery, data integrity, and alignment across stakeholders. This role helps translate complex regulatory and business requirements into actionable plans, supports progress tracking, and contributes to scalable, audit-ready solutions across multiple domains.

Roles & Responsibility:

Project Coordination & Execution:

 

•Support the execution of ESG, supply chain, and facilities-related projects
•Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and task trackers
•Monitor progress against milestones and proactively escalate risks or delays
•Support governance routines, including status reporting and action tracking
•Prepare clear and structured updates, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
•Drive adoption of Lean / TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) principles and project management best practices 

 

ESG & Regulatory Support:

 

•Contribute to the implementation of ESG and sustainability initiatives
•Translate regulatory and business requirements into structured deliverables
•Support the development of SOPs, governance frameworks, and compliance processes
•Track compliance-related activities and ensure documentation is audit-ready

 

Supply Chain & Facilities Initiatives:

 

•Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing sites
•Support supplier compliance, logistics improvements, and operational efficiency efforts
•Partner with facilities teams on sustainability, infrastructure, and environmental initiatives
•Ensure consistency and alignment between site-level activities and enterprise-wide programs

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

 

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field
•3–4 years of relevant experience
•Strong project coordination and organizational skills
•Ability to interpret and operationalize business and regulatory requirements
•Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools
•Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint; Power Automate is a plus)
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities
•Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and time zones
