Project Management Engineering Team is supporting function for locale manufacturing to assure strategical growth according to TE Standards to meet our customer expectations.
Your main tasks
- Lead and manage transfer projects across all phases, from initiation to closure, according to the Plan.
- Plan release timelines ahead of execution and track their implementation within the actions.
- Ensure timely information / escalation in case of bottlenecks and prepare pragmatic action plans / proposals for management approval.
- Coordinate and Monitor projects according to transfer process & procedure.
- Collaborate very closely with all stakeholders on the transfer of tools and processes.
- Regularly reporting to Management on a weekly basis.
Your ideal background
• Master’s degree in engineering
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Project Management or Manufacturing Engineering
• Excellent writing, documentation, and oral communication skills.
• French & English fluent.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Basic Knowledge of current automotive products.
• Ability to multi-task and work with conflicting design demands.
• Strong project leadership is mandatory.
• Ability to work in multi-functional areas and overcome barriers.
• Ability to work in multi-cultural team Experience with Teamwork talent.
• Strong ability to successfully lead and develop project/virtual teams
