Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Product Pricing Teams determine the price of new and existing products by evaluating cost, marketplace, competitor data, economic conditions, volume, and quality of the product, as well as market positioning.

The Product Pricing Analyst IV supports pricing execution, analytics, and continuous improvement across the Americas and Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. The role manages agreement pricing, evaluates margin and price-realisation performance, and delivers process and reporting improvements that strengthen profitability, pricing consistency, response time, and customer experience.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:

•    Pricing operations and agreement management: Manage agreement pricing across the Americas and Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa, ensuring timely execution, policy compliance, and sustainable contract profitability.
•    Commercial performance: Improve margin performance, limit price erosion, and reduce turnaround time for pricing requests through disciplined analysis, prioritisation, and execution.
•    Pricing analytics: Analyse pocket margin, price realisation, profit waterfalls, and other commercial indicators using approved pricing platforms; translate findings into practical recommendations for pricing teams and business leaders.
•    Management reporting: Develop and maintain strategic reports, KPI dashboards, and tracking tools that provide accurate and actionable insight into pricing performance, risks, and opportunities.
•    Revenue and margin improvement: Identify, recommend, and execute initiatives that improve revenue, margin, and pricing effectiveness in line with management priorities.
•    Process improvement: Define new processes and assess and redesign existing processes to improve efficiency, cost control, service quality, and customer experience. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and TE Operational Advantage principles where appropriate.
•    Governance and controls: Create and maintain procedures, standard work instructions, documentation, and control mechanisms; conduct periodic audits and address identified gaps.
•    Stakeholder partnership: Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Customer Care, global pricing teams, and business-unit leaders to understand requirements, resolve issues, and secure alignment for cross-functional pricing initiatives.
•    Data enablement: Apply knowledge of TE data structures and collaborate with Global Analytics to obtain, validate, and use relevant data for decision-making.
•    Business continuity: Maintain effective backup coverage, knowledge transfer, and documented procedures to support stable and uninterrupted pricing operations.

Competencies and Skills:

•    Strategic and commercial thinking: Connects pricing activities to business priorities and develops practical improvements that strengthen commercial performance.
•    Analytical capability: Analyses complex pricing and profitability data, identifies risks and opportunities, and converts findings into clear recommendations.
•    Judgement and decision-making: Evaluates alternatives, applies sound business judgement, and makes timely, evidence-based recommendations.
•    Stakeholder influence: Builds productive cross-functional relationships and gains alignment among peers, leaders, and business partners across regions and business units.
•    Communication: Presents complex information clearly and credibly to technical, commercial, and senior-management audiences.
•    Executive presence: Communicates recommendations with confidence and professionalism, including when assumptions or decisions need to be constructively challenged.
•    Execution excellence: Manages multiple priorities with strong organisational discipline, attention to detail, and a consistent focus on results.
•    Collaboration and capability building: Contributes to effective global teams, supports knowledge sharing and backup coverage, and participates in talent identification and interviewing when required.

DESIRED SKILLS:

•    Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
•    At least 12 years of relevant experience in product pricing, commercial analytics, finance, or a related field within a comparable industry.
•    Demonstrated experience working effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
