TE Connectivity's Product Pricing Teams determine the price of new and existing products by evaluating cost, marketplace, competitor data, economic conditions, volume, and quality of the product, as well as market positioning.

Job Overview 
•    TE Connectivity's Product Pricing Teams determine the price of new and existing products by evaluating cost, marketplace, competitor data, economic conditions, volume, and quality of the product, as well as market positioning.
•    The Global NPI costing Lead will lead MED NPI costing in the NPI quoting and project process within a Product Business Unit.
•    The Global NPI costing Lead will work together with PM, PMO, Finance and Engineering to drive and continuously improve the costing & quote process for NPI project parts for their Product Business Unit while partnering with their colleagues in other Product Business Units to align consistent Global MED processes across all NPI projects and the alignment of their inputs to the Global MED view.

Key Responsibilities 
•    Lead the Business Unit NPI Costing function by managing Product BU Project costing and quoting requirements.
•    Partner with functions on all applicable open NPI RFQ requests to drive and lead quote lead time target fulfilment for full Business Unit portfolio.
•    Lead and drive CFM updates for project Gate reviews as scheduled. 
•    Ensure data integrity of Cash flow Model output for all applicable projects within the Product Business Unit 
•    Drive analytical behaviour from the NPI team, improving the business partnership with the PM, Eng, PMO and Finance groups.
•    Drive and lead continuous improvement and develop solutions to ensure greater analytical ability and process accuracy.
•    Management and administration of Cash Flow Models in storage repository to support business dashboards.
•    Review and update for data integrity the 5-year Revenue for all portfolio projects on TEP in support of NPIH.
•    Provide monthly updates on Portfolio KPIs at Business and Portfolio reviews. 
•    Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned by Global NPI Costing Manager
