Job Overview

The Product Pricing Analyst I is responsible for executing quoting and pricing activities for medical products, ensuring accuracy, speed, and alignment with TE Medical pricing strategies. This role partners with cross-functional teams to support key commercial decisions and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end quoting process for medical products, including:
    • Pricing
    • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)
    • Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
    • Product-related data
  • Determine pricing for new and sustaining products using pricing analytics and standard pricing guidelines. 
  • Leverage internal data sources such as Epicor, GPMS, SAP, and other systems to support pricing decisions.
  • Utilize automated financial models to improve efficiency and reduce quote turnaround time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Purchasing to gather necessary data for price evaluation.
  • Support the development and execution of competitive pricing strategies.
  • Ensure quotes are completed within defined turnaround targets.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in pricing, finance, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Industry experience in medical devices is not required.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (required).

Technical Skills

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Advanced Excel skills (extensive use for analysis).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of quoting processes and pricing analysis.
