Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of TE's fast-growing Digital Data Networks (DDN) Business Unit that supports the Cloud, AI and data center end markets.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with experience to support program and project management activities across contracts and customer compliance reviews, while managing periodic status and reporting requirements. This individual will play a key role in managing and coordinating varied and complex customer requirements with internal subject matter experts across various functional teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to propose solutions that balance customer and company needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and coordinate approvals for business contract terms in collaboration with Legal, Intellectual Property (IP), and Commercial teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, Global Trade Services, etc.).
- Manage customer compliance requirements, including audits by coordinating with internal subject matter experts across functions including but not limited to Responsible Business Alliance; Quality; Operations; Finance; Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S); Supply Chain (including conflict minerals, forced labor and product compliance); Global Trade Services; Commercial Legal; IP Legal; and Product Management.
- Track and document outcomes, action
- items, follow-ups and drive maturation and development of high-speed customer supply chain compliance and sustainability program.
- Ability to balance customer contractual requirements and internal business objectives, developing pragmatic solutions that meet business needs
- Track and generate periodic reports (royalties, status updates, issue lists, etc.)
- Develop expertise in Sustainability, Compliance, Supply Chain and Customer requirements
Program & Data Management
- Maintain and update databases and tracking tools to monitor requests, approvals, and deliverables.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership visibility on audits, contract approvals, and process gaps.
What your background should look like:
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in project management, program management, contract management, or a related business operations role.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts, IP considerations, and business terms.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to exercise sound business judgment and propose solutions that balance customer and company needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and database management; experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
