The Digital Data Networks business unit of TE Connectivity has an opportunity for a Product Manager (PM) in its IOT EDGE team. TE’s Product Management team oversees all stages of product strategy—new development, manufacturing, marketing, and capacity planning—to drive business performance in support of sales and profit targets.
This Product Manager role reports to a Business Pillar Lead PM in IOT EDGE Connector team in the Americas and works closely with PMs, Sales, Pricing, Manufacturing and Marketing. The Product Manager will have a responsibility to handle all the day-to-day activities related to their portfolio within the IOT Edge Antenna group, coordinate with marketing on key promotion and sales enablement activities, assist with manufacturing strategies and partners and work with other product line managers in strategy setting, roadmap development and support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. This role requires strong collaboration skills and ability to work across regions.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day activities related to your portfolio including full P&L Management, Product lifecycle management and pricing strategies to meet the BU Margin and OI goals
• Provide technical and commercial support to internal teams (sales, engineering, product management, production) and external customers.
• Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and competitive landscape; Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking.
• Support product line managers with data analysis, reporting / tracking of key metrics.
• Create and update technical documentation such as cross-reference guides and marketing collaterals and support portfolio promotion activities.
• Lead / support key initiatives and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure timely execution.
Key Qualifications:
• 4 – 8 years of product management, engineering, sales, or other relevant experience.
• 4-year technical or business degree required.
• Relevant product or industry experience will be a plus.
• Strong business acumen with an ability to understand technically complex concepts.
• Comfortable with data analysis and dashboarding using MS Excel, Tableau, etc.
• Creative and innovative thinker able to provide input on the development of the product strategies and the relevant business plans with the ability to execute.
• The ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities and drive results.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and teamwork skills; good understanding of cross-region culture
• Ability to influence cross functional teams and build strong relationships.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a simple and easy to understand manner.
