The Digital Data Networks business unit of TE Connectivity has an opportunity for a Product Manager in it’s Power Connectors team. TE’s Product Management team oversees all stages of product strategy—new development, manufacturing, marketing, and capacity planning—to drive business performance in support of sales and profit targets.
This role reports to a Product Manager on the Power Connectors team in the Americas and works closely with PMs, Sales, Pricing, Manufacturing and Marketing. The Product Manager will have a responsibility to handle day-to-day activities related to power products, coordinate with marketing on key promotion and sales enablement activities, assist other product line managers in strategy setting, roadmap development and support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives with the possibility to own and manage a small portfolio. This role requires strong collaboration skills and ability to work across regions.

Responsibilities

•    Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and competitive landscape; Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking.
•    Provide technical and commercial support to internal teams (sales, engineering, product management, production) and external customers.
•    Support product line managers with data analysis, reporting / tracking of key metrics.
•    Create and update technical documentation such as cross-reference guides and marketing collaterals and support portfolio promotion activities.
•    Manage day-to-day activities related to assigned portfolio including product lifecycle management. 
•    Lead / support key initiatives and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure timely execution.

Key Qualifications
•    Bachelors degree required; Master’s is a plus.
•    Relevant product or industry experience will be a plus.
•    Comfortable with data analysis and dashboarding using MS Excel, Tableau, etc.
•    Strong business acumen with an ability to understand technically complex concepts.
•    Creative and innovative thinker able to provide input on the development of the product strategies and the relevant business plans with the ability to execute.
•    The ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities and drive results.
•    Strong interpersonal, planning, and teamwork skills; good understanding of cross-region culture 
•    Ability to influence cross functional teams and build strong relationships. 
•    Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a simple and easy to understand manner.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $82,000 – 123,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
