- Gaining hands-on experience in road mapping activities and process improvements
- Support key operational and analytical tasks that drive business success
- Collaborating across functions (engineering, sales, product marketing) to understand and contribute to product management processes
- Bringing proactive and can-do attitude
Responsibilities
- At TE Connectivity, you’ll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you’ll:
- Assist in making enhancements to the Digital Data Networks roadmap collateral website.
- Support the operationalization of a new process for product managers to capture and distill market requirements.
- Help prepare ad-hoc presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
- Perform administrative tasks to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Exploring AI tools for automation to streamline relevant processes
You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:
• Have earned a high school diploma or GED
• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Management from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.

Timeline
TE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for Internship positions beginning in May. Once you have applied for a position, your resume and application will be reviewed. If you are selected to move to the next step in the application process, you will be contacted by a recruiter. Once you accept an offer, the onboarding process will begin in January for interns who have committed to offers in the fall semester and upon acceptance for interns who have committed to offers in the spring semester.
Compensation
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

What your background should look like
Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
