Led the full lifecycle technical managment,iterative upgrading and product cost efficiency optimization of DC contactors,oversee cross-department technical coordination,document standardization and compliance implementation,and continuously drive prodct reliability and market competitiveness.

Job Requirements

• Be Familiar with working principle, structure, materials, understanding basic applications, and standards related to DC contactors, as well as mass prodcution process of DC contactor.
• Take charge of product iteration, continuous improvement and platform upgrade projects for DC contactors, and independently drive solution implementation, problem analysis and closed-loop resolution.

• Manage full life cycle of mass-produced DC contactor products, including reliability enhancement, electrical performance upgarding, process adaptation and customer technical support.
• Carry out product cost efficiency optimization from material, strutural and manufacturing process, continuously refine product configuration schemes, and steadily improve product cost-performance and core market competitiveness.
• Maintain product drawings, BOM and technical documents, and lead the initiaation, follow-up and  closed-loop implementaion of engineering change processes,as well as participate in product standardization specification.

• Undertake daily cross-departeamnt communication and collaboration with Operations,Quality and Sales teams, provide professional technical support.

• Possess basic knowledge of product environmental compliance and be familiar with RoHs,REACH and other relevant environmental regulations.

What your background should look like

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical Design, Electrical Engineering, Mechatornical Design or related disciplines.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in DC contactor industry.
• Proficient in 3D and 2D drawing software, with a basic understanding of stamping parts and molded parts, as well as electromagnetism and material-related knowledge.
• Familiarity with the product development process is required. Candidates with project management experience are preferred.
• Good oral and written English skills.
• Possess good cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, project promotion capabilities, be rigorous and responsible in work.
• Candidates with experience in the design of new energy DC contactors are preferred.
