Active contribution to the EPT/Business Compliance Mission: You’ll have a coordinating role as a key player with operational teams, Corporate organization such as GTS, TE I.S. in aligning functional processes/physical operations/VAT treatments/customs clearances and audit trails with TE corporate tax decisions/TE policies/GTS policies  

 

Main Tasks:

• Creation and maintenance of training material and knowledge content 
• Further development and training of users of all functions in the EMEA region on-site or remotely whenever required/requested 
• Troubleshooting, identifying and resolving process or system’s issues as a link between the business prospects, GTS organization and TE Information Systems (TEIS)
• Support business initiatives such as acquisition integration, product/footprint migrations, and new system adoption (SAP ECC, SAP S/4) to meet business requirements 
• Support with questions/problems in the context of business compliance for O2C processes 
• Recommend and provide system solutions to improve systems and resolve process issues. 
• Conducted user acceptance testing and introduced the latest SAP enhancements. 
• Proactively prepare reports and perform analysis to share with users for approval, action, or knowledge, and to initiate remediation actions 
• Initiate, monitor, and follow up on issues related to business compliance processes. 
• Conducting training and certification of business compliance and foreign trade experts/key users. 
• Security officer for the security profiles of TESOG and network assets. 
• Support of EMEA Process team members according to agreement. 

 

Your Ideal Profile: 

Extensive knowledge of TE's organization and TE EMEA's x-functional processes with at least 5 years of experience in international trading operations, including detailed knowledge of SAP processes 
Training experience or very good skills for both face-to-face and remote training
Project and time management, prioritization and organizational skills with the flexibility   to adapt to changing priorities depending on the business climate.  
A social team player with the ability to work independently.  
Results-oriented, pro-active thinking and a hands-on mentality. 
Good written and spoken English skills are mandatory, other languages are very welcome.
As you will be communicating with stakeholders via Teams, emails and in verbal meetings (remote or on-site), effective communication and social skills are crucial. 
If necessary, you will travel internationally on an irregular basis (mainly in Europe). The person should be a resident of Europe. You can work from home, but in order to stay connected with the users of the business unit, mainly customer support, it is preferable to work regularly in TE's offices.
