Job Overview

Chef(fe) de Projet Technique (TPL) – Programmes Automobile

Chez TE Connectivity, ce poste contribue au développement de solutions favorisant une mobilité plus sûre, plus propre et plus connectée, en pilotant des projets techniques pour des clients OEM internationaux.

Le/La Chef(fe) de Projet Technique (TPL) assure la coordination technique de bout en bout des projets de développement automobile, depuis les phases RFQ/RFI jusqu’à la production en série. Véritable interface technique avec les clients, il/elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires (ingénierie système, R&D, projets, qualité, achats, industrialisation, ventes) réparties sur plusieurs sites et régions.

Job Requirements

 

Vos principales missions :

  • Piloter les aspects techniques de projets de faible complexité dans le respect des exigences clients et internes
  • Coordonner les équipes techniques et gérer les interfaces avec les clients OEM
  • Assurer l’alignement entre conception produit, industrialisation, coûts, délais et qualité
  • Animer des revues techniques et favoriser le partage des connaissances
  • Contribuer, selon la charge, à des projets de plus grande complexité en support des TPL senior

 

What your background should look like

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur (mécanique, électrique ou équivalent)
  • 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en développement de produits automobiles (ou stages significatifs)
  • Connaissances de base en conception produit et procédés industriels
  • Bonnes capacités de communication et de travail en équipe
  • Anglais professionnel requis
