ACCOUNT MANAGER II

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.

Tasks and responsibilities :

•    Full responsibility for a certain SEC customer group (sales, projects, account receivables, etc)
•    Develop relationships with dedicated customers identifying the decision makers that will be influential to the growth of TE.
•    Identify potential new customers in cooperation with Product Management and Distribution
•    Detect business potentials and create new projects to support business growth
•    Define strategy and growth plans for the key customers (account plan)
•    Promote TE new technologies and product families (HEMS, Sensors, Data) that will lead to mid/long term growth.
•    Knowledge of trends / competition / technology that will influence products and sales. 
•    Ensure successful cooperation with Product Management, Application Team, OHA Team, CAM team, Marketing and Distribution on campaigns and promotions.
•    Update management on regularly with detailed monthly reports
•    Responsible for preparation of financial justifications, quotations and negotiations of specific projects.
•    Aligning and maintaining pricing with product management and pricing teas with an objective on increased margin generation for TE
•    Provide Forecast/Budget info

What your background should look like:

•    Bachelor in Electronics / vehicle technology / Engineering or bachelor in an economical stream with strong technical interest
•    Knowledge of the Automotive Industry and applications (at least 3 years of experience).
•    Advanced technical and sales knowledge
•    Strong communication skills (incl. “listening”).
•    Native French language, very good English language skills
•    Experienced in digital marketing, e-commerce and strong understanding of the digital world,very good knowledge in MS office
•    Ability to work within a team
•    Mentality of “Customer First” with excellent Service orientation
•    Very organised working style, excellent documentation
•    Ability to think strategical with focus on future trends and needs
•    Ability to convince
•    Accountable
