Job Requirements
- Independently build and support prototype, verification, and validation assemblies with limited direction
- Lead or execute process characterization, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and engineering studies
- Analyze test data using statistical tools to identify trends and determine process capability
- Develop and update technical documentation, work instructions, and test protocols
- Troubleshoot complex equipment and process issues and implement solutions independently
- Design or modify fixtures, tools, and test setups to support development activities
- Lead or support root cause investigations, failure analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to ensure successful product development
- Mentor and guide Technician I/II team members on best practices and technical execution
- Support development of robust, repeatable, and scalable manufacturing processes
What your background should look like
- High school diploma required; technical degree strongly preferred
- 4+ years of experience in R&D, product development, or advanced manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of process characterization, validation, and test methods
- Ability to independently interpret technical drawings, documentation, and engineering requirements
- Experience using data analysis tools (run charts, SPC, Cp/Cpk, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across equipment, processes, and assemblies
- Experience with DOE, validation protocols, or engineering studies preferred

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $54,700– $82,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
