We are currently hiring several Manufacturing Technicians to join our team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a key role supporting the manufacturing production floor and will be involved with and gain exposure to various phases of major projects. Below are some of the specific responsibilities for this role:
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the continuous improvements that include process development, lot history record changes, engineering change orders, bill of material creation /maintenance and training.
- Work with Engineering groups on: Executing Protocols and Validations
- Engineering Studies
- Gage R&R
- Process qualifications IQ/OQ/PQ
- Tooling qualifications
- Capability studies
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment
- Create and modify engineering drawings using Solid Works
- Able to read component and assembly level drawings
- Perform investigation and analysis of non-conforming material
- Oral and Written Communication – Listens and gets clarification. Writes clearly and informatively in English; Able to read, interpret, and communicate written information in English
What your background should look like:
- 3+ years of directly related experience
- 2 year technical diploma or AS degree
- Medical device manufacturing strongly preferred
