The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite—PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams—along with SharePoint and video conferencing tools. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression.

Deliver administrative assistance to leadership and team members, including general office and clerical support.

Manage calendars and support onsite meetings and visitors, including compliance with protocols and catering coordination.

Prepare professional documents, presentations, organizational charts, business correspondence, and complex spreadsheets.

Organize both onsite and offsite meetings and manage related logistics.

Record meeting minutes, track follow-up items, maintain organized files, and proofread materials.

Process and reconcile time and expense reports.

Assist with recruitment and onboarding of contingent workers.

Provide general HR-related support to employees, including basic questions about benefits, PTO, and system use (such as Kronos); refer complex issues to appropriate HR personnel.

Assist with employee engagement events and activities in collaboration with HR and leadership.

Distribute company-wide communications as needed.

Support administrative functions at other facilities when required.

Coordinate purchase of recognition gifts for employee milestones and life events.

- Experienced administrative assistant in general office administration/clerical duties.
- Adept in providing professional documents, presentations, org charts, business correspondence, and complex spreadsheets.
- Skilled in project management, planning off and on-site meetings and coordinating event logistics.

- Is a self-starter who can support a large team, working efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred three years of experience.
- Associates Degree or higher in business related field preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with 70+ wpm on keyboard and advanced working proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, and video conferencing tools.
- Superior verbal and writing skills, meeting, and event planning skills.
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail, cost savings, and process improvement.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $50,500 – $75,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
