Job Description: 

Ihre Aufgaben:

 

  • Selbstständige Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung (inkl. Reisekostenabrechnung)
  • Personaladministration – Verwaltung der Ein- und Austritte
  • Ansprechperson für arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtliche Fragestellungen sowie Kommunikation mit Behörden (z.B. Finanzamt, ÖGK)
  • Erstellung verschiedener Statistiken (Datenaufbereitung, Datenauswertung und -analyse)
  • Administrative Betreuung der Zeiterfassung und Abwesenheiten

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, HAS oder vergleichbares Niveau)
  • Abgeschlossener Personalverrechnungskurs
  • Einige Jahre Praxis in der Personalverrechnung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insb. Excel)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Genauigkeit, Diskretion und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position anzugeben. Dieses beträgt je nach Qualifikation € 3449,10 brutto pro Monat (Vollzeit, 14mal jährlich). Eine Überzahlung ist je nach persönlicher Qualifikation, Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung möglich.
